With upgrade from Fedora 23 mysqld.service failed to start even after executing:
$ sudo semanage port -a -t mysql_port_t -p tcp 63735
ValueError: Port tcp/64983 already defined
$ sudo ausearch -c 'mysqld' --raw | audit2allow -M my-mysqld
$ semodule -i my-mysqld.pp
small typo: ValueEroor message was with the same port )))
