Either you can download rpms directly from koji http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=734968 or you can update selinux-policy from updates-testing repository when it's moved there:
dnf update --enablerepo=updates-testing selinux-policy
don't know how , but it still don't work ... I have problems when I try to run rosegarden , see bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1305660 . I installed it but it seems not fixed !
