After the 4.8.x series I still have radeon drm bug that prints to dmesg thinks like:

[ 14.469121] [drm:uvd_v1_0_ib_test [radeon]] ERROR radeon: fence wait timed out. [ 14.470341] [drm:radeon_ib_ring_tests [radeon]] ERROR radeon: failed testing IB on ring 5 (-110).

This prevents radeon graphic card to enter deep sleep states and blocks cpu to also entering deep states lower that C2, causing high battery draining in my laptop
