Fixes a problem of starting Samba daemons and tools when smb.conf contains reference to registry backend.

Samba starts again and I am able to access my shares from a Win 7 machine.

Stopping pki-tomcatd Service
Restarting Directory Service
Restarting krb5kdc Service
Restarting kadmin Service
Restarting named Service
Restarting ipa_memcached Service
Restarting httpd Service
Restarting pki-tomcatd Service
Restarting ipa-otpd Service
Restarting ipa-dnskeysyncd Service
Starting smb Service
Starting winbind Service
ipa: INFO: The ipactl command was successful
