LibreOffice's floating toolbars under wayland cannot be docked by dragging, so disable and disallow floating toolbars under wayland.

ensure checkForUniqueItem on inserting a new slide so some inserted slides don't lose backgrounds on save
under wayland fix glitch on selecting a slide after a popover is shown
