An update of Calamares to the latest upstream release, version 1.1.3, which fixes some bugs in the partitioning component and adds some new optional features that are disabled by default in Fedora packaging.
The change log for this release includes:
settings.conf
and shipped in the calamares-webview
subpackage (because it is not used in the default configuration and depends on qt5-qtwebkit
).settings.conf
. The shipped license.conf
is a dummy example template. Remixes which include proprietary components should ship a /etc/calamares/settings.conf
that enables the module and a /etc/calamares/modules/license.conf
that lists the actual proprietary components and their licenses.doAutologin
in users.conf
(defaulting to false
in Fedora) that determines whether autologin defaults to on or off. (This is only the default setting, it can be overridden by the user.)services.conf
and defaults to the empty list in Fedora packaging.)-F
flag is now also passed to mkfs.ext2
(not just ext3 and ext4); LOOP, UNKNOWN and read-only devices are no longer shown; and LUKS partitions no longer crash the partitioner (but cannot be set up yet, this will be fixed in the upcoming Calamares 2.0).Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2015-f3522fec04
