After upgrade to kernel-4.2.8-300.fc23.x86_64 - no wifi connection (Network controller: Intel Corporation Wireless 7260 (rev 73)). With kernel-4.2.7-300.fc23.x86_64 everything works ok.
File a bug if you would please, this isn't the place for such things. Of note, there are no wireless patches in 4.2.8, so there shouldn't be a change of behavior.
