fixed LUC in Version 3.16.2 window is presented normally

F22 x86_64 Gnome, bug fixed.
Works in both GNOME and KDE.
Working perfectly on Fedora 22 Workstation x86_64. Please push this one to updates instead 3.14.1-0. That one is broken.

Does not appear to actually be in stable. The current version in stable is liveusb-creator-3.14.0-1.fc22, and a distro-sync wants to downgrade to that.
There was a minor hiccup where an older version got released first, but that has since been resolved and this update is on the mirrors now.
