This kernel breaks graphics on my computer. The error message from the X server log:

(EE) [drm] Failed to open DRM device for pci:0000:01:00.0: -19

Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti with nouveau. Didn't test with SELinux disabled though.

Works fine with kernel-4.2.1-300.fc23.x86_64.

Please disregard my last comment. It turned out to be a local problem with all new initramfs images on my system which I unfortunately failed to identify (nothing obvious like leftovers from blacklisting nouveau due to attempted installation of the NVIDIA binary driver).
