This update suppresses GSM cell location messages at default log levels. This update also adds the mistakenly omitted libqmi and libmbim dependencies.

ModemManager works for me now that i have installed the other deps that are needed for MM to work. DNF doesnt install them like it should. those deps needed are libqmi-1.12.4-2.fc21 & ibmbim-1.12.0-1.fc21 an MM will work fine
