WebKitGTK+ 2.10.4 includes fixes for 2 security issues. Additional fixes:

Fixed dashed and dotted border painting.
Properly cancel navigation policy checks.
Several crashes fixed when running editor commands.
Fix several crashes due to assertions in Debug builds.
