This upgrades llvm to 3.7.0 release and rebuilds dependant packages against it. It should enable OpenGL 4.1 on radeonsi hardware.

Tested on AMD Kaveri A10 7400P. OpenGL 4.1 is detected and enabled. Some benchmark like Unigine Valley runs fine.
