Packaging fix: missing runtime dependency on PyYAML because it was declared as a build-time dependency twice
Bug fixes:
* fix for a repository corruption problem: if
obnam forget was interrupted at the wrong moment, it might remove a chunk, but not the reference to it
Improvements:
* obnam forget now commits changes after each generation it has
removed.
