What am I doing wrong if i cant see this update pending with a dnf update even after enabling fedora-updates-testing ?

@davem: It is a consequence of two facts: (1) DNF "Recommends:" bash-completion since 0.6.5-1 as requested in the bug 1190671 (2) DNF installs the "recommended" packages by default

Command used: sudo dnf --installroot /home/kinokoio/Filesystems/F23_KDE/ --disablerepo=updates-testing group install "KDE Plasma Workspaces Output: Error: Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'fedora' from 'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-$releasever&arch=x86_64': Cannot prepare internal mirrorlist: file "repomd.xml" was not found in metalink Looks like it is not parsing $releasever value into the string.

Doesn't fix #1173107 for me. See last comment.
Using repoquery plugin's --repo argument results in an error message mentioning --repofrompath argument. Try 'dnf -q repoquery --repo fedora perl'. Error is 'Command line error: argument --repofrompath: bad format: fedora'.
It seems that 1219199 is partially solved as it is reported to work with at least one proxy server software, but it stills fails with the one I use.

Interrupted the dnf update and after restarting it SKIPPED the packages that were already cached, as expected. Much better.
