installed liveusb-creator-3.13.1-1.fc21 x86_64 on F21 Workstation Final TC4, created Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-21-1.iso on usb flash media and installed Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-21-1.iso on an external disk. Choice was "overwrite device (dd)". All worked and works fine.
Create and use a F20 DVD, with the dd method. All work fine.
