I can not install:

dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2019-be4b40654f No security updates needed, but 44 updates available Dependencies resolved. Nothing to do. Complete!

How can I install this package for testing reasons?

dnf install firefox Package firefox-69.0.1-3.fc30.x86_64 is already installed.
