Added nss-pem build to this update to resolve the issue, per Kamil's suggestion on bug 1500655

@corsepiu, as I said in the bug, it will be fixed as part of NSS 3.34 release planned for 2017-11-08

@corsepiu It's not a new problem, it has been there since 3.32. That means F25 already has the problem even without this update.

@alexpl, don't expect the SSE2 issue to be fixed with this update; it has been postponed to the next (3.34) rebase. I can create a copr if anyone needs the fix earlier.

Can anybody give a karma to this update? This will be needed for the upcoming firefox 56 update.

@robatino, no, we need a few more days for testing this update and afaik firefox 55 shouldn't require nspr 4.16. see: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/firefox-55.0-6.fc26#comment-645945

I have no idea why this happened. There was actually a buildroot override pulling in nspr-4.16, but it only lasted one day.

Good catch. It was for https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/NSSSigntoolDeprecation, which is targeting F27. For F26 and F25, I will revert the change.

It was unpushed to accommodate one fix for crypto-policies for the test day last week. Assuming that it has been already tested enough, I am pushing it to stable again.
