BZ#1885577 latest update (3.0.0) missing from fedora 33
BZ#1881629 package knot-resolver-5.1.3-1.fc31.x86_64 requires libknot.so.10()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

This update has been unpushed.

Unnecessary, knot-3.0.0 isn't in stable yet, so this doesn't fix anything. See https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2020-8673dc7fa7

Installing:
 knot-resolver x86_64 5.1.3-2.fc33 updates-testing 353 k
 knot-libs x86_64 2.9.5-3.fc33 fedora 255 k

Still requires old knot-libs for some reason.

Devices have to be re-enrolled, because DB location changed [1]. Once I did that everything seems to be working.

It'd be nice to move the database automatically in a scriptlet if it's only its location that has changed.
