The problem is that this update was locked in Bodhi so I could not add the sqlite packages here. Also the sqlite package was locked. See the ticket I filled at issue tracker and the first comments here.

For such issues please file a bug at bugzilla.redhat.com which is the only bug tracker.

I think it's okay to have 38.0 in base and 38.0.1 as a 0day update.

The bookmark issue can be addressed in another update, it's important to ship the 37.0.2 with security fixes.
