Fixes #2374170

This fixes the rendering problems observed with the previous release chromium-113.0.5672.63-1.fc38.x86_64 that dumped a lot of SKIA shader link failures to the log and didn't render anything correctly:

[12296:12296:0519/093129.825200:ERROR:shared_context_state.cc(77)] Skia shader compilation error
------------------------
// Vertex SKSL
...
Errors:
link failed but did not provide an info log

Now I see proper web page content again. Thanks!

I tried to find this information from the changes, but couldn't: why were the clients of freerdp rebuilt, e.g. SIPE? Was there are breaking API change in freerdp?

  • both lircd & irexec service units are now running under UID:GUID lirc:lirc as intended.
  • both service units now start without modification out-of-the-box on a clean F28 installation.

Please note that I needed to execute

 # systemctl lircd.socket irexec

lircd.service fails to start without lircd.socket being active. This might be intentional, just documenting it for other users.
