I'll go ahead and build an epel7 package that has this fuse kernel fix inside of it. I don't think RHEL7's kernel exhibits the issue that the patch fixes, but it can't hurt to do it.

Please don't down-karma this unless you have tested it with Pound and found that it doesn't work, in which case, please file bugs, as this should be fully API compatible with the old google-perftools package.
