whois doesn't seem to require lynx, but if I do a "whois foobar.do" (because the notes are that this release updates records for do. domains) I get a response of "[HTTP: Unable to run web browser: /usr/bin/lynx: No such file or directory]" - if lynx is required it should be an explicit dependency pulled in by DNF, surely?
