This fixes also BZ#2047477 - upgrade of mint-y-icons took between half an hour and hour. With this applied it finishes within 23 seconds.

Before this update if ulauncher is started after login (through checkbox in the application) it didn't start any applications. Upstream bug: https://github.com/Ulauncher/Ulauncher/issues/842 . This update fixes this issue.
