This fixes the issue for me on an Intel(R) Celeron(R) N5105 @ 2.00GHz.
Tested by booting Fedora-KDE-Live-x86_64-40_Beta-1.10.iso, which would only give me a black screen, with floods of [ 532.260709] traps: drkonqi-coredum[73393] trap invalid opcode ip:7fbbd770ea9c sp:7ffed6e60528 error:0 in libQt6Core.so.6.6.2[7fbbd76b0000+3e7000] in dmesg.
By installing the following packages from this update and restarting sddm, it was able to get to a GUI:
qt6-qtbase-6.6.2-7.fc40.x86_64.rpmqt6-qtbase-common-6.6.2-7.fc40.noarch.rpmqt6-qtbase-mysql-6.6.2-7.fc40.x86_64.rpmqt6-qtbase-gui-6.6.2-7.fc40.x86_64.rpmIt works fine.
@mmaslano: did you rebuild your initramfs after installing the updated dracut?
This comment has an example on how to do it (you may have to adjust the command slightly depending on the kernel version you have installed): https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1946074#c12
