Looks good to me, switching to this from the varlad copr allowed me to use the same config and everything.
(Installed build directly from Koji)
No issue with this build. Issues are all related to the dependant package rust-logos-codegen being fresh and not out anywhere except rawhide.
Something is wrong here.

Regression: As of this patch, bug 2239807 occurs in tty as well as Gnome.
