This update does not make sense for EPEL 7 because the RHEL 7 kernel does not contain the DRBD kernel module (why would somebody want the DRBD userland utilities if no DRBD kernel module is available?). The only thing this update does here is to break working 3rd party repositories immediately. Please unpush the package and remove.
