Appears that bodhi is ignoring this update.
Does not appear to actually be in stable. The current version in stable is liveusb-creator-3.14.0-1.fc22, and a distro-sync wants to downgrade to that.
Also verified that in Rawhide (currently with gnome-shell-3.17.1) replacing "3.17.1" with "3.17" does NOT work, so the unstable version must be exact.
Verified that it works using "3.16". Also see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1045669#c54 .
Just broke since gnome-shell-3.16.2 was pushed to updates-testing. You could obsolete this and push an updated version.
Works with 3.16.1 (though 3.16.2 is coming soon so it probably won't for long).

Ignore, there was a rogue firefox process running which caused the problem. See https://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/users/2014-December/456785.html .
I don't know what happened, but after downgrading to the stable version, I updated to this one again, and after restarting FF (which I also did on the previous attempt) it's visible now.
