Seems to work fine, and fixes the issue with patches being reported as not applied if %patch -P1 -p1 is used.

Tested in a F38 VM. Installing perl-App-ccdiff now installs perl-Algorithm-Diff and (because it's a weak dependency) perl-Algorithm-Diff-XS.
