The /usr/share/doc/redis directory, and all the file in it are owned by the redis-doc packages.

$ rpm -qlp /tmp/redis-4.0.5-1.fc26.x86_64.rpm | grep share/doc
$ rpm -qlp /tmp/redis-doc-4.0.5-1.fc26.noarch.rpm | head -n 1
/usr/share/doc/redis

I confirm php-fpm start is now ok (#1502303)

Notice, as codecs moved from /usr/lib64/ImageMagick-6.9.3/ to /usr/lib64/ImageMagick-6.9.9/ a reboot should be suggested.
