Another soname bump.... EPEL-9 is a mess :(
Fixed libjxl / libaom already in stable...
1/ libavif 0.10 in stable repository is broken because of libdav1 soname bump, which is terrible
this update fix this BUT
2/ this update introduce another soname bump
and thus break stuff for people using old version

Sounds better to keep stable ABI for stable distro, especially enterprise one.
Perhaps simpler to keep in sync with EL-7, and pull security patches from there.
Breaks everything, and every installation, especially of people using the library to build some other tools, and also break all 3rd party repo
