I use base16-vim and this update cases vim to spit out hundreds of errors on startup. I'm not sure what changed but it doesn't appear entirely compatible and suitable for stable :/
It is still somewhat usable when I hit ^C-Enter.
Tested with zathura on F29 and it seems to work.

Well, this breaks it for me. Only latin letters show up in all apps after upgrading to this. Downgrading back to ibus-hangul-1.5.0-12.fc28.x86_64.rpm fixed the problem.
I hesitate to open a bug since it could be something is wrong with my system because no Japanese input, for instance, ever worked for me -- they behave just like Korean with this update. Simple methods like Czech or Farsi work fine, though.
