Yes, device-mapper-persistent-data should be already pushed into stable based on https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/device-mapper-persistent-data-0.5.5-1.fc23. So those checks are indeed giving false results.

I can get through the "New VM" wizard now, bug #1225771 is resolved for me. Thanks!
