removed prometheus package to separate update, as it was messing with the javapackages-tools tests

I will look into the obsoleted builds first thing tomorrow, as it is really late. Dogtag rebuilt with the fixes for openipa test failures.
It is definitely possible some rebuilt dependency broke it. Thank you, I will look into it now.

Most of the test failures were resolved, the one remaining is that there is not enough space on the test machines. mvadkert is on that now
