During the next update after installing this one I noticed in dnf output RPMDB altered outside of DNF, that's expected and not an indication of some tampering with my system, right?

It seems it's all good now (BZ#2086379 didn't hit me), thanks!

I mean upstream seems abandoned, changelog shows some fixes in Fedora version.

Turns out Fedora's default is jwhois to which whois is symlinked. Since jwhois seems abandoned, maybe it's time to obsolete it?

Awesome update!

@aleasto it fixed itself after screen-locking ¯_(ツ)_/¯ Apart from that no regressions spotted (I don't have kdepimlibs installed). For poppler update, I'm afraid, we'll have to wait for fc37.

After reboot OSD (volume, brightness) moved from center to top left corner. Fix for diacritics in Okular forms and notes requires poppler 22.05 https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/poppler/poppler/-/issues/362#note_1372657
