In general, taking into account going through testing and propagating mirrors, Fedora users often get new Firefox after many others. It seems reasonable to keep last RC in testing and, if it works fine, push it in time to hit stable repositories on official release.

Nether cpu-x nor igt-gpu-tools has been rebuilt, so I, among others, cannot yet install this update.

After updating from koji (and rebooting) FF started with interface switched to EN, I had to go to setting and re-add Polish locale. Is that expected?
