Maybe I’m doing this wrong, but dnf update https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/icecream/1.1/0.3.rc2.ga79f70f.fc24.1/x86_64/icecream-1.1-0.3.rc2.ga79f70f.fc24.1.x86_64.rpm depends on installing icecream.i686.1.0.98-3.fc24 from the Fedora 24 repository.
That dependency goes away if I dnf remove icecream -y && dnf install https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/icecream/1.1/0.3.rc2.ga79f70f.fc24.1/x86_64/icecream-1.1-0.3.rc2.ga79f70f.fc24.1.x86_64.rpm instead.
