Ah....
Once reported to https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10398
@sergiomb I managed to edit this update.
Please add rubygem-rmagick-4.2.3-5.fc35 with this update request.
Would you don't do this kind of compatibility change at this timing, or would you modify all dependent package not to break things?

Problem: package osmo-0.4.2-2.fc35.x86_64 requires webkitgtk4, but none of the providers can be installed
- webkit2gtk3-2.34.0-1.fc35.i686 has inferior architecture
- cannot install both webkit2gtk3-2.34.1-1.fc35.x86_64 and webkit2gtk3-2.34.0-1.fc35.x86_64
- cannot install both webkit2gtk3-2.34.0-1.fc35.x86_64 and webkit2gtk3-2.34.1-1.fc35.x86_64
- cannot install the best update candidate for package webkit2gtk3-2.34.0-1.fc35.x86_64
- cannot install the best update candidate for package osmo-0.4.2-2.fc35.x86_64
The affected packages are at least:
# dnf repoquery --quiet --repo=koji-35 --whatrequires webkitgtk4
exfalso-0:4.5.0-0.1.fc35.noarch
gphotoframe-0:2.0.2-13.hg2084299dffb6.fc35.noarch
osmo-0:0.4.2-2.fc35.x86_64
rednotebook-0:2.22-3.fc35.noarch
sugar-0:0.118-5.fc35.noarch
sugar-browse-0:207-2.fc35.noarch
ulauncher-0:5.14.0-1.fc35.noarch
gphotoframe now builds with xml2po correctly working.
If possible, please mark this update resolving also https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1981342
bug 2007961 is now fixed.
I meant thunderbird-78.12.0-2.fc34.x86_64 works, with thunderbird-91.0.3-2.fc34 I cannot send email.
Besides language issue, it seems I cannot send email with this EVR, thunderbird-78.12.0-2.fc34.x86_64 .

@mtasaka Are you sure you want a bug report for a package only in testing?
Yes, please.
When pushing negative karma with such comments (i.e. not simple dependency issue or so but a issue needs investigation), please file a corresponding bug report.
Well, not "gcc" issue strictly, however currently F33 annobin is annobin-9.68-2.fc33 (updated by https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2021-3a908d6827 with gcc-10.3.1-1.fc33 ) , while F34 annobin is still annobin-9.65-2.fc34 , causing upgrade path breakage . Can this be fixed?
fedpkg --branches
is working for rawhide
.
At least dependency issue is resolved.
Okay, now upgrade succeeds.
