Fixed the CI gating and passed that manually. That involves running the memstomp and ltrace testsuites.

The baseos-qe.koji-build.scratch-build.validation should be dropped from the gating.yaml (whole the line containing it). This testcase is irrelevant for tbb.

On all the supported arches at least a fullcircle test passed for me.
