Cheers; There is a link libssh_threads.so.4.5.1 but not just a major version, though.

It's missing link in /usr/lib64: libssh_threads.so.4 -> libssh.so.4.5.1

Looks ok, bu just a qq - why latest kernel - I think from 4.17.9 onwards don't generate rescue image any more?

It seems it doesn't re-generate rescue image any more after deleting old one from /boot?
