@robatino It was due to a bug in how bodhi handled updates that were edited with new builds. It should be fixed now, and this update is heading back to testing.
I removed boost-1.58.0-6.fc23 from this update, since there is a newer version already in f23. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/boost-1.58.0-7.fc23
No obvious regressions after some basic testing.
There was a minor hiccup where an older version got released first, but that has
since been resolved and this update is on the mirrors now.
