This was fixed upstream already (src/main.cpp), looks like the version bump patch was not included in the release tarball.

Works in general - however, URLs like "http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/16/Everything/i386/os/Packages/" show that there are old repos configured in the shipped default config.
