#1373217 seems to be only affecting people with EasyScreenCast gnome-shell extension installed, so the number of people affected is fortunately probably rather low. I no longer even sure this update breaks things, it might just trigger a different bug.
After this update I can't log into GNOME! With gstreamer1-vaapi-1.10.0-1.fc25.x86_64 everything works OK. PLEASE DON'T PUSH AND REMOVE AUTO-PUSH! It's #1373217 yet again, I believe.

previously I saw F24 upgrade recommended in F23. after installing the update and rebooting, I saw F25 upgrade recommended. after upgrade, the system works.
toolbars look OK and running writer calc and impress seems without problems
