I use this all the time, no issues

rdma-core is again available as multilib:

$ sudo dnf list --available --showduplicates --releasever=32 --repo=updates-testing --refresh rdma-core
Available Packages
rdma-core.i686                   33.0-2.fc32                  updates-testing
rdma-core.x86_64                 33.0-2.fc32                  updates-testing
BZ#1919864 rdma-core-33.0-1.fc33 not available as multilib anymore (missing i686 version in x86_64 repos)

rdma-core is again available as multilib:
