Overall seems to work and those two bugs are fixed.
I cannot see RPM packaged applications at all unless they're already installed on the system
You're on Silverblue, right? In that case that's expected. If you're on Workstation, please report a bug and link it here. (For example BZFlag or Frozen Bubble are games which are available on Flathub and as a Fedora RPM, but not Fedora Flatpak).
The bug reported above affects RPM-based environments only.
This seems to prefer Flathub apps over Fedora apps: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2135289#c4
Basic operations seem to work and the Link button is no longer visible

Actually, I confused this once again with the integrated screenshot/cast in gnome-shell. But now that I know the difference again, I tested the actual gnome-screenshot
and it seems to work fine.
My system works as usual and the annoying beep is gone :-)
I downloaded a video, worked fine
I don't have audio issues in my Workstation
I use it to capture screenshots and record videos and it works just fine
no issues in a daily Workstation usage
FF seems to be working fine
no issues in a daily Workstation usage
no issues in a regular usage
Both bugs seem fixed and calendar seems to work in general. I found yet another issue, I'll report it upstream and link in the upstream MR.
No regressions on my laptop
