To other testers: It would be particulary interesting to know, if this update works for you in an NSS server environment.
after installing, dnf update, and firefox https still work for me.
This update has been unpushed.
Package is stable for me. (I haven't yet been able to verify that the intended backport is functioning as intended, on my TODO list.)
unpushed, because it should go into the combined update we're preparing

This update doesn't work correctly with the Firefox 50, I'm getting error NS_ERROR_NET_INADEQUATE_SECURITY with some sites.
Let's not yet push this to stable. We have a regression report for the F24 packages.
We have a regression report, it appears to break TLS to AOL/AIM and skype (with pidgin). I can reproduce.
If this hasn't yet gone to stable, we probably should keep it at testing longer, while we investigate.
