Was the split of the linux-firmware package not supposed to be a Fedora 37 feature? Since this is breaking peoples system left and right IMHO a new update reverting the split should be pushed for F36 and this should be made a F37 only thing? :

This breaks deps for funguloids and cegui-ogre-renderer.

Please unpush this and don't push the Fedora 33 until these issues are resolved (and in that case include the fixed packages in the new update).

Works for me and this fixes the cursor being 90 degrees rotated on devices with a non upright (90 degree rotated) mounted panel. This also fixes the cursor hotspot being wrong inside virtual-machines.

This update breaks wifi for me too, same "missing credentials" error as andilinux. This is with a brcmfmac43241b4 card. I've filed a bug with logs here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1656157

An update fixing gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free, which is the package which a bunch of others depends on is available here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-cfa159de56

I've rebuild of other (leaf) packages depending on soundtouch pending and I will create a separate update for those.

This fixed the dependency issues I caused for F27 (so sorry about that), +1

Ugh, I completely missed that this contained a soname bump. I'm going on vacation at the end of this week and I don't think I will have time to do the rebuilds this week.

Can you take care of this please?

And sorry for making a mess of this.

goodmirek, I've just tried and my vbox vm works fine using the vboxguest video driver which comes with the 413 kernel. Likely the problem is that you are using a vboxvideo.ko driver built from the sources coming with the vboxguest additions and those have not yet been patched to work with 4.13 (somewhat old guest-additions?) anyways kernel 4.13 comes with vboxvideo.ko as part of the mainline kernel itself and this is enabled in Fedora.

In grub at " 3" at the end of the kernel commandline to boot to textmode, then do:

rm /lib/modules/kernel-4.13.1-302.fc27/misc/vboxvideo.ko depmod -a 4.13.1-302.fc27

Then reboot and then things should work fine.

Hmm that is an issue with the negativo17 pkgs I guess ? I coordinated this fix with the rpmfusion people, with Simone in the Cc. I'll ask Simone to fix his packages.
