galileo: The error indicates that vagrant was not installed at the time vagrant-libvirt got uninstalled or installed. This of course should never happen as the vagrant-libvirt has proper dependency stated. Can you send me more details about your issue? Can you reproduce this and send me all the steps you did? dnf update / dnf update vagrant-libvirt works for me just fine.
