Broken on aarch64. Opened tracking issue with FCOS https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler/issues/1746.
This FW update seems to fix the FW related issue though there seems to be still other not directly related issues (BZ#1784961).

As there is positive karma and with workaround for the BZ ^^ it works for me, pushing to batched.
s390utils works for me and include the rust based tools
