Yubikey support is explicitly enabled which adds it to the extension list in the About dialog but Yubikey support is not functional until 2.2.0. Should build without it.
This update has not yet been pushed to the testing repository. When it is you can test it along these lines:
dnf update --enablerepo=updates-testing mesa\*
Meanwhile, you would need to download and install the packages manually from Koji:
http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/search?terms=mesa-13.0.2-2.fc25&type=build&match=glob
Started CS:GO which was my main problem with the previous update and it worked fine now.
Pulled the updated packages straight from koji hence the fast response time. Thanks!
