From what I see rpkg is shared between fedpkg and rhpkg...
It does not fix rhpkg container-build builds. IT assumes wrong target (based on the namespace) and does not use specified on, for the particular package.

Fixes this error for me: ApplyLayer exit status 1 stdout: stderr: link / /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/yaml/init.pyc: operation not permitted
